Since 2019, AdEx Partners has been supporting NGOs, non-profit organizations, and social enterprises in overcoming their digital and organizational challenges. In our Digital Bootcamps, we bring together the professional expertise of our consultants with the dedication of organizations committed to a better society. In doing so, we make a tangible contribution to the digital transformation of these organizations.
The focus is always on the specific questions and challenges of the participating organizations. Together, we develop practical solutions that fit their goals, structures, and existing resources.
Digital Bootcamp 2025
What is a digital bootcamp?
A digital bootcamp starts with an intensive workshop day. During this time, the participating organizations work in small teams with consultants from AdEx Partners on a previously defined challenge.
The topics are as diverse as the organizations themselves.

From the workshop to implementation
The collaboration doesn't end after the boot camp. During a subsequent pro bono consulting phase, our teams work with the organizations to further refine the solutions developed and put them into practice.
This is how initial ideas turn into sustainable changes: clearer processes, better data structures, new digital services, or a solid foundation for further organizational development.

The anniversary edition of our Digital Bootcamp is once again dedicated to the current challenges facing non-profit organizations and social enterprises.
Digital Bootcamp 2025
In Zurich, four organizations worked together with our consulting teams on topics such as AI strategy, technical infrastructure, CRM, data management, and global change management.
Digital Bootcamp 2024
During the Digital Bootcamp Day in Hamburg, practical solution approaches were developed in intensive workshops and further refined together in the subsequent consulting phase.
Digital Bootcamp 2023
At the fifth Digital Bootcamp, five non-profit organizations at Impact Hub Berlin developed solutions for their individual challenges together with AdEx Partners.

CRM Transformation at the World Scout Foundation
Together with the World Scout Foundation, we further developed the CRM and data landscape and created a foundation for data-driven fundraising, better evaluations, and clearer responsibilities.
