Digital Bootcamp 2025

This year's participants included:

co2online
non-profit LLC

which dealt with the modernization of the technical infrastructure and the transition of the business model from B2C to B2B and gained new insights.

Save the Children Germany e.V.

in which the development of an overarching AI strategy and application-oriented AI solutions for specific departments was investigated.

World Scout
Foundation

which focused on refining their Salesforce environment and improving their data cleansing and enrichment cycles.

Helvetas

which focused on global change management, the implementation of digital technologies, and the development of a practical capacity-building program for cloud-based solutions.

„Our goal is to support non-governmental organizations in implementing sustainable digital solutions tailored to their mission. It is both impressive and inspiring to see how dedicated these organizations are to making a difference - and we are proud to be part of their journey.“

Björn Rösner
Partner at AdEx Partners

„Our event was a complete success. We worked intensively with our four non-profit organizations and social enterprises and forged concrete plans for the next three months of pro bono consulting. Of course, there was also plenty of networking and exchange. I am still very enthusiastic about the great atmosphere, the energy, and the professionalism.“

The assessment by experts who truly understood our challenges was invaluable! Our consultants asked all the right questions—some we were able to answer, while others we will now investigate together over the next three months.

Director People & Culture

We learned why it's called a bootcamp and not a „retreat“ - it was super intensive. Big praise to our consulting team for asking us uncomfortable questions and giving us a roadmap to overcome our challenges.

With each issue, AdEx Partners underlines its commitment to social impact by helping NGOs strengthen their digital resilience. Interested organizations from the DACH region should follow the latest updates on upcoming bootcamp opportunities.
