Interview with Stephan Weber, Partner & Head of AdEx Life

What is behind AdEx Life

AdEx Partners: What motivated you to return to AdEx Partners – and at the same time build AdEx Life as an independent brand?

Stephan Weber: The combination of a familiar culture and a new strategic opportunity brought me back. For me, AdEx Partners has always been a place with an entrepreneurial spirit, genuine responsibility, and great people. The restart gave me the opportunity to use all of that to open a new chapter: a unit that combines compliance, technology, and measurable transformation.

For me, AdEx Life is the place where we not only meet regulatory requirements, but turn them into scalable innovation power We help companies roll out complex transformation programs securely, quickly, and audit-ready – even in a highly regulated environment where failure is not an option.
