We are looking for you

AI Engineer (all genders). You already have extensive practical experience in the AI field and would like to Design AI solutions not only in theory but also by implementing them directly in real applications. In close collaboration with internal stakeholders and engineering teams, you take on responsibility for the Development, implementation and scaling of AI-based solutions. Your duties include:
  • Independent identification, conception, and implementation of AI use cases in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Development, prototyping, and further development of LLM-based applications
  • Design and Implementation of AI Agents for the automation of internal workflows (including tool-calling and multi-step flows)
  • Building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines incl. data integration and embeddings
  • Integration of AI functionalities into existing systems and tools (e.g., via APIs)
  • Execution of Testing, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement of AI Applications (e.g., prompt engineering, output optimization)
  • Monitoring and Evaluation of New Models, frameworks, and best practices in AI engineering
  • Documentation and scaling of Use cases, prompts and technical solutions

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas, and the following skills help you succeed with us:
  • A completed degree (among others, computer science, AI, software engineering or a related field of study)
  • Several years of professional experience in the development of software or AI solutions
  • Very good Programming skills (e.g. Python, TypeScript) as well as experience with API design, data processing and system integration
  • Thorough practical experience with AI/LLMs (Context Engineering, Agent Frameworks, MCP and A2A)
  • Good understanding of concepts such as RAG, embeddings and agent systems
  • Years of experience in the Development and deployment of cloud-native applications and AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP or Cloudflare
  • Experience in Full-stack development is advantageous
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
  • High level of initiative and ability to drive topics forward independently
  • Negotiable English skills and good German language skills in written and spoken form
