We are looking for you

We are looking for experienced HR-Allrounder (all genders) to support our clients’ enterprise and IT architecture projects with the following tasks:

Developing detailed target visions and strategies for the digital HR architecture of the future, taking into account current technologies and the latest trends (e.g., employee experience, people analytics, future of work)
Designing concepts for the structuring, harmonization, and digitalization of our clients’ global HR areasin both national and international contexts
Responsibility for roadmap and concept development regarding transformation in the enterprise architecture environment – from planning the IT architecture and supporting tool selection to project management during implementation
Identifying, approaching, building, and managing new client relationships
Leadership responsibility at the interface between business units and IT, as well as professional development of project team members

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or references, and the following skills will help you succeed with us:

A completed degree (e.g. Business Informatics, Business Administration)
Several years of professional experience, – preferably in a management consultancy or as a career changer with solid knowledge in the enterprise environment
Experience in HR business & IT strategy development and in building global integrative structures & organizations
Ideally, experience with HR solutions / HCM suites (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Experience working directly with decision-makers and at board level regarding enterprise architectures in the HR environment
Project management, coaching, and leadership experience in IT and/or business process areas
Project experience at home and abroad combined with a high degree of independence and solution orientation
Negotiation-level German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as willingness to travel within the DACH region and across Europe
