We are looking for you

We are looking for experienced Organizational Consultant with IT Expertise (all genders)who think entrepreneurially to support organizational transformations with our clients. The responsibilities include:

Development of detailed Org.-Designs und Target Operation Modelle as clear objectives to determine change impact and readiness
Planning and implementation of organizational transformation projects,either traditional or agile, company-wide or department-specific
Mediating between business and IT to introduce sustainable solutions
Analysis and redesign of organizational structures and processes / IT using AI and agile expertise
Development and implementation of strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness while considering actionable “people first” strategies
Advising, coaching, and training leaders and employees on organizational and employee-focused challenges
Understanding of HR and works council requirements

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or references, and the following skills will help you succeed with us:

A completed degree (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration)
Several years of professional experience, – preferably in a management consultancy or as a career changer with solid knowledge in the enterprise environment
Experience in direct interaction with decision-makers , board members, and other stakeholders regarding human and organizational change
Project management, coaching, and leadership experience on both business and IT sides
Strategic thinking and the ability to see the “big picture” , combined with excellent interpersonal and team skills , adaptability, and flexibility
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others , with a high tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty
Negotiation-level German and English skills, both written and spoken, and a willingness to travel within the DACH region and across Europe
