We are looking for you

a Working students in Marketing with a focus on Website & LinkedIn (all genders) for 15 to 20 hours per week from 01.08.2026 to support the further development of our digital brand presence – especially on our website and social media channels – with, among other things, the following tasks:

Support with the design, maintenance, and further development of the AdEx Partners website, including content and structural optimisation.
Assisting with the implementation of SEO and GEO optimisation measures
Planning, Creation, and Publication of Target Audience-Appropriate Content for LinkedIn
Analysis and preparation of performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement) and derivation of initial optimisation approaches
Content creation, graphics and visual content
Ensuring a consistent brand presence (CI/CD)
Support the marketing team with ongoing projects within communication and digital media.

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas, but the following skills will help you succeed with us:

Matriculation at a German university for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of marketing, media, communications, business, or a comparable course of study
Strong interest in content marketing, social media, and digital topics
Excellent linguistic intuition and a strong feel for communication that is appropriate for the target audience.
A structured, independent, and proactive way of working, along with the ability to drive topics forward independently
Enthusiasm for communication and a hands-on mentality
Initial practical experience in the areas of LinkedIn, website maintenance or content creation is desirable.
Basic understanding of SEO and performance indicators (e.g. reach and engagement)
Secure handling of content management systems (especially WordPress) and common digital tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator)
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Interest in a long-term collaboration (at least 1 year)
