We are looking for you

a Working students in Marketing focused on Internal Communication & Website (all genders) for 15 to 20 hours per week from 01.08.2026 to support our team. The focus will be on further developing our internal communication formats (e.g. intranet, AdEx Digest), creating and maintaining content, and supporting selected digital communication measures (e.g. website) with the following tasks:

Support for internal communication measures
Contributing to the conception, creation and maintenance of content and pages in SharePoint in agreement with the respective specialist departments.
Assisting with the analysis and continuous development of internal communication formats
Content creation, graphics and visual content
Ensuring a consistent brand presence (CI/CD)
Support with the design, maintenance and further development of the AdEx Partners website
Assisting with the implementation of SEO and GEO optimisation measures

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas, but the following skills will help you succeed with us:

Matriculation at a German higher education institution in the field of Communication, Media, Marketing, Business, or a comparable course of study
Strong interest in internal communication and in the creation and preparation of content
Excellent linguistic intuition and a strong feel for communication that is appropriate for the target audience.
A structured, independent, and proactive way of working, along with the ability to drive topics forward independently
Enthusiasm for communication and a hands-on mentality
Ideally, initial practical experience in the field of communication or content creation.
Secure handling of content management systems (e.g. SharePoint) and digital tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator)
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Interest in a long-term collaboration (at least 1 year)
