We are looking for you

From 01/09/2026, we are looking for a Working Students in People Development (all genders) for 20 hours per week to support our team with the following tasks:

Organisation and administration of trainings and onboarding days
Contribution to conceptual topics in the field of People Development
Maintenance and updates of the HR intranet
Application of modern trends and technologies in HR – especially the use of artificial intelligence

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or references, but the following skills will help you succeed with us:

Enrolled at a German university in an advanced Bachelor’s or early Master’s program with a focus on HR-related subjects, e.g. business psychology
Ideally some first experience in people development or HR through internships, university projects, or similar
Work experience with common HR software is an advantage
Interest in and availability for a long-term collaboration (at least 1 year)
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Independent and self-organised working style, also in a virtual environment
Very good German and English skills (business proficiency) both written and spoken
