We are looking for you

a Working Student AI Management Consulting & AI Transformation (all genders) for up to 20 hours/week. From 01/09/2026. Do you want to actively help shape how tomorrow's AI-native consulting advises its clients? Then you're in the right place with us. Together, we're shaping the consulting of the future. You'll support our team on challenging client projects and in the continuous expansion of our market positioning. You'll work with the latest AI technologies, develop new AI-supported ways of working for consulting, and help create the greatest possible added value for our clients.

Contribution to the conception of AI strategies, operating models and AI transformation approaches for our customers
Co-creating new AI-powered ways of working, to make our consulting faster, smarter, and more effective
Assistance with creating quotations, management presentations and concept documents
Research into market trends, new AI technologies and best practices, as well as structured presentation of the results
Development and testing of AI workflows, automations, and AI agents to support our consulting processes
Carrying out analyses, structuring complex questions, and preparing decision-making bases.
Supporting our consultants in the development of innovative AI solutions as well as gradual handover of own work packages

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas. However, the following skills will help you take on responsibility in our projects quickly:

Advanced studies (ideally Master's) Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable degree course
Enthusiasm for Generative AI as well as a good understanding of current AI technologies and their application possibilities
Regular practical use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot
Interest in strategy, organisational development and AI transformation
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach
Safe Handling of PowerPoint and Excel
Initial practical experience with AI workflows, automations or AI agents (e.g. n8n, Make, Langflow, OpenAI API)
Ideally, initial experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, MCP, Embeddings, or the integration of AI solutions
First programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript is advantageous.
High level of initiative, willingness to learn and enjoyment of trying out new technologies
Excellent command of German and English
Teamwork skills as well as interest in long-term collaboration (minimum 6 months)
