We are looking for you

one Working Students in AI Management Consulting (all genders) for up to 20 hours/week. Starting September 1, 2026.

You want to actively help shape how the AI-native consulting of tomorrow advises your clients? Then you've come to the right place. Together, we are shaping the consulting of the future.

In this, you will support our team with challenging client projects regarding AI strategy and transformation and work with modern AI technologies. You develop AI-supported working methods for consulting, bring new ideas and help us create the greatest possible added value for our customers:

Collaboration on the design of AI strategies, operating models, and AI transformation approaches for our customers
Support in the creation of proposals, management presentations, and concept documents
Research on market trends, new AI technologies, and best practices as well as structured presentation of the results
Co-creation of new AI-driven ways of working, to make our consulting services faster, smarter, and more effective
Performing analyses as well as Structuring complex issues and preparation of decision-making criteria
Supporting our consultants in the development of innovative AI solutions as well as the gradual takeover of independent work packages

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas. However, the following skills will help you quickly take on responsibility in our projects:

Advanced studies (ideally a Master's degree) Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Analytics & Data Science, or a comparable degree program
Enthusiasm for Generative AI as well as a good understanding of current AI technologies and their possible applications
Regular, practical use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot
Interest in strategy, organizational development, and AI transformation
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
Safe Handling of PowerPoint and Excel
Ideally, some initial experience with prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, embeddings, or the integration of AI solutions
Initial practical experience with AI workflows, automations, or AI agents (e.g., n8n, Make, Langflow, OpenAI API) are beneficial
High initiative, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for trying out new technologies
Very good knowledge of German and English
Teamwork as well as an interest in a long-term collaboration (at least 1 year)
