Working Student: Workplace Experience & Office Operations (all genders) On-site in Munich

as student workers Workplace Experience & Office Operations (all genders) for approx. 15 hours/week to support our team on site in Munich from the 01.09.2026.

You are the face of our Munich office and ensure that clients, applicants, and colleagues feel welcome from the first minute. With your organisational talent, customer focus, and hands-on mentality, you ensure that our day-to-day office life runs smoothly and that meetings, workshops, and internal events are professionally prepared, supported, and followed up on.

Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting and looking after customers, applicants, and external guests and ensuring a professional visitor experience
• Preparation and follow-up for on-site meetings, workshops, and internal training sessions (e.g. preparing the rooms and setting up and dismantling tables and equipment)
• Support of the team in the office at Organisational and administrative tasks
• preparation and Support for internal events and Support with break and catering organisation
• Organisation of smaller office supplies how to handle drink orders, shopping, and general care of the office environment
• Assurance one a decent, inviting, and functional working environment
• Communication and Coordination teams at other locations
• Independent recognition and proactive adoption Emerging tasks in office life
