We are looking for you

a Working Students in Office Management (all genders) for approx. 15 hours/week to support our team on site in Munich from the 01.09.2026.You're doing well with Overview, organisational talent, and a hands-on mentality for our office routine to run smoothly and for meetings, training sessions and internal events to be optimally prepared. Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and follow-up for on-site meetings, workshops, and internal training sessions (e.g. setting up and taking down tables, preparing rooms, etc.)
  • Supporting the team in the office with organisational and administrative tasks
  • Preparation and support for internal events and support with break and catering arrangements
  • Organisation of smaller office supplies how to handle drink orders, shopping, and general care of the office environment
  • Ensuring a proper and functioning working environment
  • Communication and coordination with teams at other locations.
  • Independent identification and proactive taking on of tasks arising in everyday office life
  • Careful and confidential handling of sensitive information

  • Enrolled student status, ideally with at least one year of study remaining
  • Regular on-site availability in our Munich office Erika-Mann-Straße 57 · 80636 München
  • High flexibility regarding working hours as well as support for planned events

  • Hands-on mentality and a keen eye for upcoming tasks
  • High reliability, sense of responsibility, and organisational skills
  • Secure handling of digital tools and structured file storage
