As a specialist in organizational transformation, I have over five years of experience in transformation projects. My professional focus is on project management and process management, but in my work I see far beyond business processes and process structures.
For me, the human being is at the center of every transformation. I firmly believe that change can only be successful in the long term if it is tailored to the needs and perspectives of the people who are affected by it. Therefore, it is particularly important to me to develop human-centered solutions that are not only efficient, but also empathetic.
Since July 2023, I have been part of the dynamic team at AdEx Partners, where I am intensively involved in employee centricity and organizational transformation.
Born and raised in the north of Germany, I have a deep connection to the sea. For me, it is a place of peace and inspiration that helps me to keep a clear head in my work and to find creative solutions.
Away from work, you can often find me on the tennis court. Tennis is more than just a hobby for me – it's a passion that helps me sharpen my mind and maintain my physical fitness. It reminds me that both in sports and in life, perseverance, strategy and adaptability are crucial.
