I am a manager with more than 9 years of professional experience in various strategic and regulatory transformation projects in the banking as well as consulting sector. In my projects, I represent the important interface between business and IT - from initialization to implementation all the way to (post) go-live.
My focus is on an agile project approach, which I believe provides the necessary flexibility and adaptability. Companies can adjust accordingly to changing market conditions and a customer-centric approach can be followed.
Through my experience with different stakeholders, I bring strong communication skills and form a respective sparring partner for the (senior) management.
I have a master’s degree in international business administration from the University of Vienna and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Munich (LMU) and joined AdEx Partners in October 2023.
