I am a manager and bring about eight years of professional experience from various transformation and target operating model projects.
My core competencies include HR transformations, change management and employee experience.
In my projects I often represent the important interface between business, IT and end users – either as a project manager or from a change management perspective.
Furthermore, I have worked on various projects in the field of Human Resource Management and have designed and implemented many answers to questions around the Employee Lifecycle.
I am very passionate about Diversity Management and increasingly dedicated to sustainability, especially when it comes to Organizational Transformation.
In both traditional and agile project set-ups, I am able to react flexibly to specific clients and project requirements.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, as well as a Master's degree in Human Resource Management / Personnel Policy.
Since April 2023 I have been employed by AdEx Partners.
Besides work, I am a passionate athlete and you can meet me either jogging, gravel biking, exercising yoga or on the horseback.
