Since 2017, we have been accompanying Germany’s largest foodbank "Tafel Deutschland e.V." as an official pro bono consulting partner in their nationwide digitization project "Tafel macht Zukunft - gemeinsam digital". In this project, we are applying our experience and expertise in digital transformation, agile project management and change management, among other things. Social entrepreneurs tackle societal problems in an entrepreneurial way, seeking to drive systemic change. In close coordination with our network partner Ashoka, the world's largest network for social entrepreneurs, AdEx Partners organizes bootcamps to help social entrepreneurs overcome challenges in IT, digitalization, strategy, and other transformations. Selected organizations are supported by the experts of AdEx Partners, working on individual challenges for several months to develop and implement new solutions.
In 2020 for the first time, also student consultants from the umbrella organization JCNetwork e.V. participated in the consultation of social entrepreneurs. Hereby, the students were able to gain insights into the consulting activities, learn from experts and contribute to the development of solutions with their own unique perspectives.

“Ackern schafft Wissen” (Plowing creates knowledge) - under this motto, Ackerdemia has developed the practice-oriented educational program called “GemüseAckerdemie”. This award-winning annual program is aimed at schools, daycare centers and other educational institutions for children and youth. In the GemüseAckerdemie, children learn where food comes from, how it is grown and how to handle it consciously. Such knowledge is being lost more and more, and Ackerdemia wants to change that.
Through their Generation-Forest projects, investors can profitably invest in tropical forestry, combat climate change, and achieve further impacts. Futuro Forestal reforests economically sustainable forests in Panama that also contribute to biodiversity, water and soil conservation, as well as rural development.
Talents4Good finds the best people for the jobs that matter most. They strengthen organizations and companies that are making a positive difference in our society - for an economy fit for future generations. As a social business, they recruit professionals and executives at all career levels for NGOs, foundations, innovative social enterprises and more. They also aim to make meaningful work even more attractive.
SOS MEDITERRANEE is a civilian European sea rescue organization founded in May 2015. Their vision is a world where every person in distress at sea is rescued and treated with dignity. They contribute financially to operate a rescue ship, aim to inform people beyond national borders about the humanitarian disaster in the Mediterranean Sea and report on the fates of those rescued.
HateAid is the only counseling center in Germany that exclusively supports victims of digital violence. They enable victims to receive free legal advice and support, and fully cover the legal costs for their legal action (civil suit). HateAid automates the filing of civil lawsuits with legal-tech case management, achieving fast and efficient process scaling.
munevo DRIVE is a proportional head control for electric wheelchairs. The smartglasses-based technology enables people who can no longer use their hands to control their wheelchairs hands-free, helping them achieve independent mobility and greater self-determination.
The Väter gGmbH is committed to a society in which working men can live in a lively and intimate relationship with their children. Together with companies, political decision-makers and social groups, Väter gGmbH works to ensure that children and careers are no longer in competition with each other - neither for women nor for men.
Regionalwert AG is reinventing the relationship between turban and countryside: a partnership that enables value-oriented economic activity in rural areas, that creates an intact and diverse cultural landscape, that ensures the food supply for people and that offers reliable livelihoods for businesses along the entire value chain.
Euforia develops highly interesting event trainings that offer young people and leaders unique learning opportunities. By calling citizen engagement cool, trendy and attractive, inspiring and "euphoric" opportunities are created that appeal to individuals and groups that have been resistant to youth programs in the past.
The Institute for Inclusive Education (Institut für Inklusive Bildung) develops and realizes educational offerings carried out by and with people with disabilities. As qualified educational specialists they communicate the lives, needs and specific visions of people with disabilities. The team creates awareness for (future) teachers, specialists and managerial staff on an equal level.
Das macht Schule gGbmH is a movement of teachers who implement practical projects with students, enable experiential learning and participation, and impart values and skills: Low-threshold, web-based, scalable - in all school types and grades
As a long-standing corporate partner, AdEx regularly supports the NGO "Childaid Network". Their vision is to provide children and young people in need with, among others, a qualified basic education, in order to create an important prerequisite for a self-determined life and thus a better future. For us, this is a matter of heart.
A team of AdEx Partners took part in the 24h race at Rad am Ring in July 2019 aiming to complete as many laps as possible. Not (only) for their own ego, but to collect as many donations as possible for the Besi & Friends Foundation, which supports people with neurological and immune diseases. Colleagues and clients have generously donated both, per lap and fixed amounts. This year, an AdEx team is planning to compete again!
Climate change, species extinction and other environmental challenges pose a major threat to our Earth. We therefore carry out extensive internal efforts to become more environmentally friendly.
In 2020, we focus on avoiding and reducing our carbon footprint rather than compensating it. This puts us pressure to make our behavior more environmentally friendly. If it is essential for our customer, we are happy to offset the unavoidable part of our CO2e footprint through certified green projects.
The Global Compact is an initiative launched by the UN in which companies worldwide can voluntarily commit to a sustainable and responsible corporate governance. Since 1999, ten central principles regarding human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption offer a guideline for companies’ behavior and for measuring their progress.
In March 2021, we published our first annual progress report. In addition to the renewed commitment to the goals of the UN Global Compact, the report contains descriptions of concrete measures for the integration of the pact's objectives, as well as examples of successfully achieved goals.
