We are looking for Experienced organisational consultants with IT knowledge (all genders), who think entrepreneurially and shape organisational transformations together with our clients. In this role, you will work closely with C-level decision-makers, the board, and senior leadership teams, accompanying managers as a coach, sparring partner, and catalyst for change in complex transformation situations.

The tasks include:

Development of detailed Organisational Design and Target Operating Models as clear target images for determining change impact and readiness

Planning and Implementation Organisational transformation projects - classic or agile, company-wide or department-specific

Consultancy and sparring regarding C-Level, board-level and senior leadership teams in strategic transformation, organisational and change matters

Coaching, Training and support for leaders in organisational, cultural, digital and employee-focused challenges

Moderation of Management workshops, leadership formats and decision-making processes at the top management level

Mediating between business and IT for introduction sustainable solutions

AAnalysis and change of Organisational structures, processes and IT including AI and agile expertise

Development and implementation of strategies for improvement efficiency and effectiveness taking into account implementable „people first“ strategies

Understanding of HR and works council requirements

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or references, and the following skills will help you succeed with us:

A completed degree, e.g. Psychology, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience, - preferably in a management consultancy or as a career changer with sound knowledge of the enterprise environment

Experience in direct collaboration with C-level, Executive Board, Senior Leadership Teams and other relevant stakeholders

Confident demeanor towards decision-makers and the ability to build trustworthy relationships at top management level

Marked Coaching, moderation and sparring expertise in dealing with leaders and leadership teams

Project management, coaching, digitalisation and leadership experience on both business and IT sides

Strategic thinking and the ability to “big picture” to see – combined with strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, adaptability and flexibility

Strong leadership skills as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others

High tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty in complex transformation environments

Fluent German and English skills (business proficiency) both written and spoken, willingness to travel within the DACH region and across Europe
