We are looking for you

Experienced Transformation experts (all genders) for the strategic and operational further development of global HR organizations with the following responsibilities:

Development of clear target visions and strategies for the digital HR architecture including SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Experience, and People Analytics
Design, harmonization and digitalization global HR organizations, processes, and governance in a national and international context
Structuring different ideas and proposals toward comprehensible decision-making bases, roadmaps, and actionable concepts
Management of complex transformation programs at the intersection of HR, business, and IT, as well as the targeted development of project and client teams

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates. The following skills will help you succeed with us:

Completed degree, for example in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
At least eight years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or in an enterprise environment
Experience in HR business and IT strategy as well as in the development of global, integrated structures and organizations
Solid SAP knowledge, especially in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM; other HCM suites are an advantage
Sovereignty and assertiveness with every customer, even in difficult situations and facing C-level and the executive board
Clarity in complex topics: You bring different ideas and suggestions into an easily understandable structure
Strong coaching and leadership skills: You give clear feedback, develop potentials, and make others better in their role
Fluent in German and English for business negotiations as well as a willingness to travel within the DACH region and other European countries
