We are looking for you

one (Senior) AI Product Manager (all genders). Your tasks include:

Independent Design, development, and scaling of AI use cases and AI products – from the initial idea to productive use
Development of conceptual foundations for the successful deployment of Artificial Intelligence, e.g., by AI strategies, operating models, and governance structures
Supporting our clients with complex AI transformations as well as support in the organizational and technological development of sustainable AI capabilities
Identification and prioritization of relevant AI Use Cases together with customers as well as translating technical requirements into actionable Product strategies with measurable Business Impact
Control of the entire Product lifecycle of AI solutions – including Discovery, prioritization, roadmap management, and go-live
Close collaboration with AI engineers, data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders for the development of scalable AI products
Technical feasibility assessment of AI solutions as well as an understanding of modern GenAI, agentic and data architectures
Structuring and prioritization of Product Backlogs along strategic target visions and concrete user needs
Supporting the introduction of production-ready AI solutions including User Adoption, testing, and continuous optimization
Creation and target-audience-oriented preparation of decision-making documents for Management and C-level stakeholders as well as moderation of votes between Business and Technology
Active participation in our AI Service Portfolios as well as our Product and delivery standards in the field of Artificial Intelligence

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas, and the following skills will help you succeed with us:

A completed university degree (among others. Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Business Administration or a comparable field of study
Perennial Advisory, product, or transformation experience - ideally in an internal strategy/transformation function or in management consulting
Experience as Product Manager, AI Product Manager, Data Product Manager or in a comparable role in the environment of AI, data, or digital products beneficial
Sound understanding of modern AI technologies, especially GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent systems and data-driven platforms
Experience in translating technical requirements into clear Product requirements and technical implementation concepts
Sovereign Stakeholder Management as well as the ability to communicate complex issues in a manner appropriate to the target audience – down to C-Level – to communicate
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams from Business, UX, Engineering, and Data Science
Structured, analytical, and result-oriented working style as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
High initiative and ability to drive topics forward independently
Negotiation-proof Proficiency in German and English in word and deed
Willingness to travel (DACH region as well as other European countries)
