We are looking for you

a (Senior) AI Product Manager (m/f/d). Your responsibilities include:

Independent Conception, development, and scaling of AI use-cases and AI products – from the initial idea to productive use
Development of conceptual foundations for the successful deployment of Artificial Intelligence, e.g., through AI Strategies, Operating Models and Governance Structures
supporting our clients with complex AI Transformations as well as support in the organisational and technological establishment of sustainable AI capabilities
Identification and prioritisation of relevant AI Use Cases together with customers and translation of technical requirements into actionable Product Strategies with measurable Business Impact
Control of the entire AI Solutions Product Lifecycle – including Discovery, Prioritisation, Roadmap Management and Go-Live
Close collaboration with AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects and Business Stakeholders for the development of scalable AI products
Technical feasibility assessment of AI Solutions and understanding of modern GenAI, Agent, and Data Architectures
Structuring and Prioritisation of Product Backlogs along strategic target visions and concrete user needs
Support for the introduction of production-ready AI Solutions inclusive User adoption, testing and continuous optimisation
Creation and recipient-appropriate preparation of decision documents for Management and C-level stakeholders as well as moderation of votes between Business and Technology
Active co-creation of our AI Service Portfolios as well as ours Product and Delivery Standards in the Artificial Intelligence

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or references, and the following skills will help you succeed with us:

A completed degree (among other qualifications). Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Business Administration or a comparable specialist field)
Several years of Consulting, product or transformation experience – ideally in an internal strategy/transformation function or in management consultancy
Experience as Product Manager, AI Product Manager, Data Product Manager or in a comparable role within the context of AI, data, or digital products advantageous
Thorough understanding of modern AI technologies, particularly GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agent Systems as well as data-driven platforms
Experience in translating technical requirements into clear Product requirements and technical implementation concepts
Sovereign Stakeholder Management as well as the ability to communicate complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target audience – down to C-suite – to communicate
Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams from Business, UX, Engineering and Data Science
Structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach to work and a high degree of personal responsibility
High initiative and the ability to drive subjects forward independently
Fluent German and English skills (business proficiency) both written and spoken
willingness to travel (DACH region and mainland Europe)
