AdEx Partners reaffirm commitment to the UN Global Compact and to the Sustainable Development Goals
As CEO of AdEx Partners, I am pleased that we are reaffirming our support for the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption. At AdEx Partners, we remain steadfast in our commitment to responsible business practices and sustainable development.
Sustainable development is not only a global imperative, but also a core principle that shapes our company's purpose and long-term strategy. We are convinced that genuine business success must go hand in hand with positive contributions to society and the planet. Therefore, we continue to integrate the UNGC principles into our business strategy, corporate culture, and day-to-day operations.
This year's UNGC Communication on Progress reflects our ongoing efforts to embed these principles into our business strategy, corporate culture, and daily work. We are fully aware of the impact of our actions on people and the environment. Whether through our consulting activities, internal initiatives, or partnerships, we strive to create value that benefits our employees, clients, communities, and the ecosystems upon which we all depend. Our approach is holistic: we aim to enhance human well-being, promote equity, and reduce our environmental footprint across all areas of our business.
In November, we had the privilege of participating in the UN GCD Annual Conference 2024 in Berlin. Timo Ströbel, our Head of CR/ESG, was grateful for the opportunity to exchange views with leaders from various sectors and be part of a dialogue aimed at strengthening civil society and driving sustainable change.
We are proud of our progress in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and in creating a workplace where every individual feels respected, empowered, and supported. Our recognition as a „Great Place to Work“ is a testament to the strength of our values and our employees.
We also want to make this clear: AdEx Partners pursues a zero-tolerance policy against any form of corruption. Integrity, transparency, and accountability are non-negotiable principles that guide our decisions and interactions, both internally and externally.
Over the past year, we have strengthened our internal sustainability initiatives, expanded support for social enterprises, and deepened our commitment to non-profit organizations through both financial contributions and skilled volunteering. With our Digital Bootcamp and other pro bono activities, we continue to strengthen communities and promote digital inclusion.
Looking to the future, we look forward to further aligning our environmental strategy and sustainable procurement to ensure that our impact extends across our entire value chain. We will also continue to support our customers in achieving their own sustainability goals by leveraging our expertise to drive positive change on a large scale.
Trust is the foundation of our business, and it is also the foundation of our commitment to the UN Global Compact.
We are convinced that together we can shape a future in which economic progress, social well-being, and ecological responsibility are in a balanced relationship.
