This year’s Digital Bootcamp marks a special milestone for us: the 10th anniversary edition of our pro-bono consulting bootcamp. For nine editions already, we have supported social enterprises and non-profit organizations free of charge, helping them strengthen their work and create lasting social impact.

For the first time, the Digital Bootcamp will be held at our new headquarters in Munich. This will be followed by three months of remote pro bono consulting.
As part of the programme, we support social enterprises and NGOs in overcoming key challenges, ranging from digitalisation, change management and data management to organisational culture and process optimisation. Together, we develop practical solutions that sustainably strengthen organisations and further increase their positive impact on people, society and the environment.
Since 2012, AdEx Partners has been an excellent management, process, and IT consultancy, acting as trusted advisors to clients across various industries in complex transformation projects. As part of the „AdEx Family“, we would like to share our expertise and offer free support, bringing a fresh perspective and specifically using our skills to make a positive contribution to society together.

How does the Digital Bootcamp work?
1. Preparation meetings:
The preparation meetings serve to get to know each other and understand the challenges at hand. To clarify and better understand the project scope, representatives of the relevant departments (IT and management where applicable) of the social enterprises shall be included, unless they are already planned as participants.
2. Bootcamp Day:
This is where NGOs and consultants get together in person to deeply dive into the challenges at hand and start designing solutions.
3. Virtual Consultation:
For 3 months following the bootcamp day, consultants meet on a regular basis with the NGOs to check the progress of and discuss the implementation of the solutions discussed during the bootcamp day.
The application deadline is July 31, 2026
After the application deadline, a committee will review the applications and select the most suitable and impactful projects. The announcement of the participants will take place in mid-September.
