We are looking for you

We are looking for experienced HR Generalist (all genders) for supporting our clients' enterprise and IT architecture projects with the following tasks:

Development of detailed target visions and strategies for the Digital HR architecture of the future taking into account current technologies and the latest trends (e.g., employee experience, people analytics, future of work)
Concept for the design, harmonization and Digitalization of global HR departmentsour customers in a national and international context
Responsibility for the Roadmap and concept development regarding the transformation in the enterprise architecture environment – from IT architecture planning and support with tool selection to project management during implementation
Identification, approach, development and Management of new client relationships
Leadership Responsibilities at the interface between the business departments and IT as well as functional Professional Development of Project Staff

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas, and the following skills will help you succeed with us:

Completed degree (e.g. Business Information Systems, Business Administration
Several years of professional experience – preferably at a management consultancy or as a career changer with in-depth knowledge of the enterprise environment
Experience in the field of HR Business & IT Strategy Development and the establishment of global integrative structures & organizations
Ideally with experience in HR Solutions / HCM Suites (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Experience in direct Dealing with Decision-Makers and at the executive board level regarding enterprise architectures in the HR environment
Project management, coaching, and leadership experience in the IT and/or business processes field
Project experience domestically and internationally, paired with a high degree of independence and solution orientation
Business-level proficiency in German and English in word and deed and a Willingness to travel for the DACH region and other European countries
