We are looking for experienced organizational consultants with IT background (all genders), who think like entrepreneurs and shape organizational transformations together with our clients. In this role, you will work closely with C-level decision-makers, the executive board, and senior leadership teams, supporting leaders as a coach, sparring partner, and catalyst in complex change situations.

The tasks include:

Development of detailed Organizational Designs and Target Operating Models as clear target states for determining change impact and readiness

Planning and implementation organizational transformation projects - classic or agile, company-wide or department-specific

Consulting and sparring by C-level, executive board level, and senior leadership teams in strategic transformation, organizational, and change matters

Coaching, training, and mentoring of executives in organizational, cultural, digital, and employee-focused challenges

Moderation of management workshops, leadership formats, and decision-making processes at the top management level

Mediation between Business and IT for introduction sustainable solutions

Aanalysis and modification of organizational structures, processes, and IT including AI and agile expertise

Development and implementation of strategies for improving Efficiency and effectiveness taking into account actionable „people first“ strategies

Understanding of HR and BR requirements

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas, and the following skills will help you succeed with us:

Completed degree, e.g., psychology, business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience - preferably in management consulting or as a career changer with in-depth knowledge of the enterprise environment

Experience in direct collaboration with C-level, executive board level, senior leadership teams, and other relevant stakeholders

Confident demeanor towards decision-makers and the ability to build trusting relationships at the top-management level

Pronounced Coaching, moderation, and sparring skills in dealing with executives and leadership teams

Project management, coaching, digitalization, and leadership experience on the business and IT side

Strategic thinking and the ability to „big picture“ – combined with strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, adaptability, and flexibility

Strong leadership skills as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others

High tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty in complex transformation environments

Negotiation-proof Proficiency in German and English in speech and writing, as well as Willingness to travel for the DACH region and other European countries
