We are looking for you

Experienced Management consultants with IT understanding (all genders), who shape organizational transformations together with our clients:

  • Development of detailed organizational designs and target operating models as clear target states including change impact and readiness
  • Planning and control of organizational transformations as well as consulting C-level executives, management boards, and senior leadership teams in demanding transformation situations
  • Facilitation of workshops and decision-making processes and translating various ideas and proposals into a clear, easily understandable structure
  • Integration of Business, HR, Works Council, and IT incorporating SAP, AI, and agile approaches, as well as coaching and further development of project teams

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates. The following skills will help you succeed with us:

  • Completed degree, for example in psychology, business administration or business informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or with solid experience in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with C-level and senior leadership teams as well as strong moderation and sparring skills
  • Good SAP knowledge and understanding of the interplay between organization, processes, HR, and IT
  • Sovereignty and assertiveness with every customer, even in difficult situations and with conflicting interests
  • Structured thinking: You organize different ideas and suggestions in such a way that decisions and next steps are easy to follow
  • Strong transformation and management competence: As a team player, you actively shape transformation processes and align client and AdEx teams to jointly establish new target visions and architectures.
  • Coaching and Development Strength: You give helpful feedback, share knowledge and make others better in their role
  • Fluent in German and English for business negotiations, high tolerance for ambiguity and willingness to travel within the DACH region and other European countries
