We are looking for a (Senior) Manager SAP Finance/Controlling – Focus on S/4HANA (all genders) for the implementation of our customers' IT strategy with the following tasks:

Development of tailored customer solutions regarding current challenges in the field of Finance and Controlling with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Finance/Controlling
Concept for the design, harmonization, and integration of business processes in cooperation with the departments in the field SAP Finance/Controlling in an international context
Responsibility for the Roadmap and concept development regarding Business Transformation in the field of SAP Finance/Controlling – from IT architecture planning to project management during implementation
Leadership Responsibilities at the interface between the department page and IT as well as functional Professional Development of Project Staff

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas, and the following skills will help you succeed with us:

Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration)
Several years of professional experience – preferably at a management consultancy with sound knowledge in the SAP environment
Extensive knowledge in the field of strategic planning as well as the technical implementation from SAP S/4HANA Finance/Controlling
Experience in direct Dealing with Decision-Makers across all levels of finance and IT with regard to process modeling, implementation, and migration management
Project management, coaching, and leadership experience in the IT and/or business processes field
Project experience in Germany and abroad paired with a high Independence and solution-orientation
Negotiation-proof Proficiency in German and English in speech and writing, as well as Willingness to travel for the DACH region and other European countries
