We are looking for a (Senior) Manager with Focus on Travel, Transport & Logistics (all genders) for the development and implementation of complex (digital) projects along the value chain, in IT and new business models of our travel, transport, and logistics clients with the following key responsibilities:

Planning, management, and execution of strategy, transformation, integration or implementation projects in the travel, transport and logistics industry along the entire value chain and complementary ecosystems
- e. g. definition of (digital) business models, increase in operational efficiency, improvements in process and IT landscapes down to topics in the field of IT Service Management, Integration and Cloud Migration, Data Analytics
Support for the Project Management and Key Decision-Makers on the Client Side as a respected sparring partner on an equal footing
Independent Development on topics relevant to the travel, transport & logistics industry
Market development and sales activities

What you bring to the table

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas, and the following skills will help you succeed with us:

A completed degree business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
Several years of project and project management experience at a management consulting firm and/or in a line management role in the travel, transportation, and logistics industry
Joy of Networking with customers in the travel, transportation, and logistics industries and in driving Team sales activities
Technical Knowledge in the travel, transportation, and logistics industry, as well as on current Market developments & trends. Other topics such as predictive analytics, IoT, supply chain management, or sustainability are desirable
Extensive and practical experience in Transformation and Digitalization Projects (Waterfall, agile, hybrid)
Outstanding analytical skills and a structured, independent work style
Business-level proficiency in German and English in word and deed and a Willingness to travel for the DACH region
