Save the Date: October 9, 2026 – In-person Bootcamp in Munich
For the first time, the Digital Bootcamp is taking place at our new headquarters in Munich. This is followed by a three-month remote pro bono consultancy.
Together with the participating organizations, we work on specific challenges—ranging from digitalization, data management, and change management to process optimization and organizational development. The goal is to develop practical solutions that have a long-term impact and further strengthen our positive contribution to people, society, and the environment.

Application deadline is Friday, July 31, 2026
After the application period has ended, all submitted projects will be reviewed and evaluated by an independent selection committee. Based on criteria such as relevance, degree of innovation, and potential impact, the most promising projects will be selected for participation. The announcement of the selected participants will take place in mid-August 2026.
How does the Digital Bootcamp by AdEx Partners work?
1. Preparation meetings:
The preparatory discussions serve to get to know each other, understand the organization's specific challenges, and jointly clarify the scope of the project. To ensure a comprehensive understanding, relevant departments, such as IT or management, should be involved if they are not already participating in the program.
Bootcamp Day 2:
On the bootcamp day, NGOs and our consultants meet in person on-site to intensively analyze the identified challenges and develop initial, practical, and tailored solutions.
3. Virtual consulting:
In the three months following bootcamp day, our experts meet regularly with the participating organizations to discuss progress, support implementation, and further refine the solutions developed during the bootcamp.
