As Head of Human Relations, my colleagues at AdEx Partners are at the center of my attention. I consider myself as a trusted advisor for employees and the leadership team in all HR matters. I am motivated by the desire to contribute to an increase in individual satisfaction and the further development of employees and the organization as a whole at AdEx Partners.
Since 2016, I have been building the internal HR structures and processes as well as the HR team at AdEx Partners. Previously, I worked as an HR Business Partner for a large German software company.
I am responsible for the HR team and take care of project staffing. In addition, I am the contact person and expert in topics related to HR and talent management as well as mobility and labor law. I moderate and lead our All-Hands-Call focused on PEOPLE, where there is a regular exchange on all the topics that are of interest to all of us at AdEx Partners.
My genuine interest in people, my openness and reliability describe me. I am conscientious, honest and deal with conflicts by working pragmatically on solutions.
Together with my husband and our two daughters I live in Tübingen.
