The first impression fits!

In a first telephone interview we would like to get to know you and discuss our common expectations of a career at AdEx Partners. We would also like to introduce ourselves and our ideas and explain what we understand by a Trusted Advisor and why this is the basis for our success.

The personal meeting!

In the course of an initial personal meeting, we concentrate on the "personal fit" in addition to the professional topics, i.e. whether your attitude fits in with us and our customers. Because through our approach of the "Trusted Advisor" we are exclusively looking for employees who, especially through their attitude, put the customer in the focus of their work and, if required, are happy to walk one or two "extra miles" for him.

The second conversation!

If both sides are convinced of the result of the initial meeting, you will meet two other colleagues from AdEx in a follow-up conversation for an even more intensive exchange. We would also be happy to use this meeting to convince ourselves of your performance in a short presentation on a practical example; and we would be pleased if you too would take the opportunity to challenge us again.

The offer

If all parties, you as well as we, are convinced of a successful cooperation, we will sit down together and discuss the details in order to finally propose a contract to you.

Your entry


By the first day you will receive all work equipment from us. A contact person will support you during the familiarization phase and introduce you to the organization, systems and processes. A coach and a buddy will ease your integration into the team.


During onboarding you will get to know your coach: At the beginning, middle and end of the year, your coach will discuss your development goals with you and develop useful steps to achieve them. Of course, your coach is also available for you at any time besides these fixed meetings.


In order to connect you well with your new colleagues right from the start, we provide you with a buddy. This buddy has been working for AdEx for a long time at your level, and is available to answer all your questions.


Regular checkpoints ensure that timely countermeasures can be taken if mutual expectations are not met. For example, halfway through the probationary period, a review of the first months takes place in order to realign oneself if necessary.
