Combined with knowledge from research and practice and thought leadership in the area of innovation, disruption, platform revolution and digitization.

My passion is designing and implementing digital business models and business and IT strategies that deliver sustainable value and strengthen the business in terms of performance, efficiency and profitability. Likewise, I implement the business strategy and its value streams, including organizational structure, processes and supporting information. It is essential to me to make the customer experience as perfect as possible.
