I am jointly responsible for building the Pharma, Life Sciences & Healthcare sector at AdEx Partners. This includes leveraging our AdEx expertise from all portfolios in order to support major transformational projects with both new and existing client accounts and to recruit and develop a great team to both advise on and accompany the client specific solutions. 

This includes leading the successful execution of end-to-end business process & technology transformation projects; liaise with teams situated across different clients and to offer a multifunctional service to the client where appropriate.

I loves changes and challenges. I think it is essential to always try to keep your finger on the pulse and constantly develop yourself further. One of my biggest strengths is to recognize problems, expectations and imponderables early on  and then weighing up potential obstacles to ensure the success of the project. As a project and program manager  I take responsibility for successfully orchestrating the implementation by of large transformation projects for our clients.

My career began with the optimization of process and organizational structures focusing on data migration and data harmonization. In complex and international projects, I built my core competency in global SAP implementation projects. I also gained extensive expertise in managing pharmaceutical and healthcare projects with a focus on program and project management.

My desire to deeply understand my client's end-to-end business processes and system landscape, inherently connected to my many years of project and program management experience enables me to use this knowledge profitably for our customers.

In my private life I live in the south of Munich, enjoy spending time with my family & friends and exploring all little details life has to offer.
