As a Senior Manager in the area of Supply Chain Management, I support our customers in the transformation of their organization, business processes and IT solutions. After initially gaining several years of SCM experience in the consumer electronics and automotive industries as a user, I switched to the consulting business in 2008.
In my consulting work, I have been particularly involved with SCM planning processes and their system-based implementation. Thereby I have gone through all phases of a typical transformation project several times, starting with the analysis and strategy phase up to the implementation of the defined business processes based on software solutions. Furthermore, I have experience with Data & Analytics for the measurability and control of business processes.
Internally, I support the development of the service portfolio for Supply Chain Management with a special focus on Integrated Business Planning - the integration of planning processes across different planning horizons and departments. This includes looking at new trends and developments such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain technology and agile organizations, which open up new fields of application and solutions.
I joined AdEx Partners in 2022 and live in Munich, where I also graduated in business administration.
