As a manager at AdEx Partners, I bring my many years of expertise in project management and logistics management to support companies in successful transformation processes. My focus is on the development of business and IT strategies along the entire supply chain, with a special focus on logistics. What sets me apart is my in-depth knowledge of the operational side, which means that implementability is always at the core.
During my time as head of the logistics consulting team at a renowned logistics software provider, I was able to gain valuable insights into the perspective of software manufacturers. In doing so, I developed my strength in designing customised software solutions that are precisely tailored to the individual requirements and needs of the customers. Before this job, I worked for several years as a management consultant in the supply chain sector. In addition to strategy and digitalisation initiatives, my focus was also on the optimisation of logistics networks and the management of logistics service providers.
With my structured approach, my holistic view of logistics, supply chain and technology as well as my curiosity, I stand by companies to master complex challenges and enable sustainable change. My goal is to help companies achieve their goals and strengthen their competitiveness in a dynamic market environment.
I have been working at AdEx Partners since July 2023. Away from my professional activities, I am a keen footballer and enjoy spending time with my family in the Karlsruhe region.
