At AdEx Partners, I support financial services clients in the areas of banking, insurance and capital markets. In addition, my clients include companies in the pharmaceutical and mechanical engineering industries.

My focus is on the implementation of complex transformations in business and IT, organizational changes, growth initiatives or the fulfillment of regulatory requirements. I empower companies to realize these topics end-to-end, from strategy to business and technical concepts to change management and training.

As a trusted advisor in strategic, functional and technical topics, I outline necessary changes together with my clients and implement them as an integral part of the client and AdEx Partners team.

Based on more than 25 years of experience in financial services in various sales, specialist and management positions and in consulting, I cover many areas in terms of content (including sales, advisory processes, securities business, lending business, omnichannel sales, crypto topics) and can take the perspective of my customers holistically.

After an apprenticeship and further trainings in banking, I completed part-time business studies to become a graduate in business administration and economics. I have degrees in Digital Leadership and Digital Product Management from Boston University and various certifications in Agile Methods & Change (including SAFe® 5 Program Consultant and Lean Portfolio Manager).

Privately, I live near Munich and enjoy my free time most in the mountains, at the lake and doing sports.
