I am a manager at AdEx Partners and look forward to supporting you in your digital transformation journey. With extensive experience in various IT projects, I bring diverse skills for successful implementations.

I have comprehensive experience in project management, including supporting project leadership, decision-making, developing quality assurance concepts, defining methods and standards, and corresponding process optimization. My responsibilities extend to the formal and substantive review of work results, as well as the facilitation of workshops and coaching sessions.

In the area of customer acquisition, I have successfully built the online presence through process optimization and the digitization of marketing processes. This included quality management, the design of online campaigns, and the development of a comprehensive SEO strategy.

With international experience in Russia, Japan, and Malta, along with my work as an entrepreneur, I bring valuable insights into various IT projects.

Since 2024, I have been contributing to the AdEx Partners team. As a native Russian, I made the move to Berlin in 2012 after completing my first university degree to pursue a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's in Innovation Management in Germany. Since then, I have firmly rooted myself in the capital and am excited to contribute my dedication and expertise to the AdEx Partners team.
