Together with Carsten Kracht, I founded and strategically aligned the company in 2012, thus realizing my vision of consulting. For me, being a Trusted Advisor means truly understanding the customer.

My mission is to identify critical success factors early on and proactively make recommendations for decisions and actions. This also includes always keeping feasibility in mind when discussing strategy, being a sparring partner and accompanying the project from planning to implementation.

I have many years of experience in the international consulting environment. My passion is digital transformations and international ERP/SAP implementations. I enjoy working in large complex projects in different countries and cultures and connecting people through my grown network to generate added value for all stakeholders. Whether visiting the shop floor of a production line, a logistics center or a laboratory, I am always impressed and proud of how versatile AdEx Partners' know-how can be used to create value in various areas.

In addition to technical expertise, the personal aspect is also particularly important to me. Trust, respect and honesty are the basis for a sustainable and long-term partnership. Thus, as a Trusted Advisor, I fulfill AdEx's self-image of becoming an integral part of the customer team.

Being from Munich, I enjoy spending time in the mountains in winter skiing and snowboarding and in summer on the lakes sailing. I am a real bon vivant.
