How does the Digital Bootcamp work?
- Until August 23rd - Application period
- September 1st - Announcement of participants
- September - Preparation Calls
- October 9th - Digital Bootcamp (full day)
- October until December - 6 coaching units of 1h each
As part of the preparation in September, a clarification of terms with representatives of IT and management is planned, should they not be already considered as participants.
Due to the COVID19 pandemic, we are currently expecting a completely virtual bootcamp.
If travel expenses for the bootcamp occur, they cannot be reimbursed by AdEx Partners, but are to be paid by the participating organization itself.

1. With which topics can we apply for the bootcamp?
AdEx Partners offers a variety of expertise in change and transformation management, data value management and mergers & acquisitions. Moreover, our Trusted Advisors can support on virtual collaboration, community building and digital PMO, coaching, culture & leadership, SAFe/Agile project management, process and stakeholder management.
2. How many people from our organization can participate in the bootcamp?
We recommend a maximum of three people per organization for the bootcamp. During the preparation and coaching sessions, additional colleagues can be invited for specific topics.
3. Why does AdEx Partners want to have a meeting with (representatives of) the IT and management during the preparation?
In order to ensure the success of the project, it is essential that the management as well as the head of IT or other affected organizational units identify the case together and define a common goal.
